Queen's Birthday
The Queen's birthday is a holiday here in Australia (yes, the Queen of England). Duncan's parents (Ian and Marina) were out for the weekend RVing and they stopped by for dinner.
The leg of lamb we made for dinner, with 50 cloves of garlic, cooked for 6 hours. Pretty good for our first attempt.

Sunday at the Pub
We spent a nice Sunday afternoon at a pub in Fitzroy (neighborhood of Melbourne). Duncs' friends Pete and Marzy visiting from Sydney.
My Birthday
It was a first for me to wear a SWEATER on my birthday! My nephew Gilby helped me blow out the candle.
Since Eileen is not around I had to make my own Mile High Buttermilk Cake--not quite the same but pretty delicious. Duncan's sister Pru and her husband Warwick helped us celebrate.
